Our hiring process

Four simple steps from application to signed contract.

Step 1: Apply

Apply to one of our open positions or meet us over coffee to forge new opportunities. Please ensure that your CV highlights relevant work experience, skills, and achievements (max. 2 pages).

Step 2: Let’s e-meet

If your profile matches with the open role, you’ll be invited to a video call, in which you get the opportunity to learn more about the role and meet your future team lead. Of course, you'll also be able to ask questions :).

Step 3: Inhouse interviews

This is your chance to convince us that you’re the right person for the job. During one day, you’ll sit down with 4-6 members of the xorlab crew for in-depth, 30-60min one-to-one interviews. This will also be your first opportunity to experience the fantastic kitchen of the NoerdKantine team.

Step 4: Offer & contract

Congratulations, you did it! Now it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Your first task will be to order your weapon of choice (in most cases this will be a laptop, just in case you were wondering).
